Thank you to all the students who practiced Wednesday February 3. Being Yoga contributed $5 per student to the relief efforts in Haiti and there were 223 of you who practiced that day. Total contribution, including the money donated by students came to $1,240.00.

You Asked For It…and You Got It!
So many of you have requested another Flow class, that starting Sunday, October 18th, Being Yoga is adding another one to our schedule—every Sunday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm! Open to mixed levels, this non-heated class will help to eliminate stress and build both mental and physical endurance, flexibility and strength. Now you have another class to help you on your journey to health and well-being. It’s just what you asked for!

Free Bikram - Being Yoga is compassionate about the current economic climate and would like
to give back to our yoga community as you have been so good to us for 10 years. Join us Sundays at 6:30pm for this once-a-week FREE Bikram Yoga class. You’ll be so pleased with the benefits that we know we will see you at some of the 41 other classes held each week.
Beginning Yoga - 60 minutes
Bikram - 90 minutes
Flow - 60 minutes
Kriya - 60 minutes
Meditation - 30 minutes
Silent Bikram (Bikram class without teacher dialogue)- 90 minutes
Yin - 60 minutes 15 minute optional meditation
