Come welcome Caroline Marcondes to our teaching staff during these scheduled complimentary Bikram Yoga classes.

Sunday July 27 1:30 to 3:00 pm

BE Yoga - 90 minutes
Beginning Yoga - 60 minutes
Bikram - 90 minutes
Flow - 60 minutes
Kriya - 60 minutes
Meditation - 30 minutes
Silent Bikram (Bikram class without teacher dialogue)- 90 minutes
Yin - 60 minutes + 15 minute optional meditation

No reservations required when attending any one of the 42 classes offered.
